Unimed Rio, 2007
Client: Unimed Rio is the branch of Unimed Brazil in the Rio de Janeiro State in Brazil, which the leader in the private health-care market in Brazil with more then 15 million customers and more then 106.000 doctors associated.
Project:
The project had as objectives to
· Reduce number of calls from users with doubts about the company products
· Increase users satisfaction with the website
· Increase the general accessibility of the site
I have as a challenge to improve usability and functionality having accessibility in mind. From the initial briefing documents I started a benchmark to evaluate content and structure from the direct and indirect competitors. After that I have consolidated this data and the previous site structure into a new structure, I have made a new sitemap and to ensure that I was going in to the right direction I have conducted a card sort to get and idea about user's mental model of the website structure. After having the sitemap approved I've made the wireframes bringing good concepts and functionality I have found during the benchmark research, from that step the wireframes with functionality specifications went to the visual design team who finished the job. In this last step my contributions were only in evaluating visual design to check if everything was correctly designed.
Unimed Rio
Petrobras National Websites, 2007-2008
Client: Petrobras is a Brazilian company with presence in 27 countries. They are currently the company with the biggest market value in Latin America, and the world?s eighth most respected corporation (Reputation Institute 2007). They also are the largest Brazilian company.
Project:
The project had as objectives to
· Create consistency between national websites
· Improve the usability and findability
· Reduce development costs
I was part of the team the responsible for these patterns, I have made the wireframes and sitemaps for the Brazilian, American and Colombian websites adapting the current content with the new structure where is possible. There projects still are in development. The first project implemented with this pattern is the Petrobras Bolivia website, Carlos Mayrink from Sirius Interativa UX team was the responsible for this one.
Atitude Positiva GSK, 2007
Client: GlaxoSmithKline is a research-based pharmaceutical company. They are one the leaders of the pharmaceutical industry, the group employs around 100,000 people in over 100 countries, including Brazil.
Project:
The project had as objectives to
· Promote socially responsible activities supported by the company
· Promote and educate about HIV and other sexual contagious diseases
I was the responsible for creating the website interfaces and content organization based in a client briefing and unstructured content. I?ve to make sure that people from lower incomes could be able to find the information they want.

Client: GlaxoSmithKline is a research-based pharmaceutical company. They are one the leaders of the pharmaceutical industry, the group employs around 100,000 people in over 100 countries, including Brazil.
Project:
The project had as objectives to
· Help Niquitin™ customers with their program for stop smoking.
· Promote the product and properties.
I was the responsible for creating the website interfaces and content organization based in a client briefing and unstructured content. I had to have in mind that the project had to be simple because some costs limitations, and it had to be easy to make the program for stop smoking more efficient considering that it was basically web-based.
